Dave and Brendan came out within 4 hours of my call regarding a leak. They cleared the snow and ice off the roof and temporarily sealed the leak. This occurred after a January blizzard. Brown said they will make a permanent repair in the spring. Dave and Brendan did a great job under brutal circumstances.
