"Dave and Brendan came out within 4 hours of my call regarding a leak. They cleared the snow and ice off the roof and temporarily sealed the leak. This occurred after a January blizzard. Brown said they will make a permanent repair in the spring. Dave and Brendan did a great job under brutal circumstances."

The actual gutter replacement for our entire home was done in a day; the workers were so friendly and accommodating. We had about a foot of fresh snow all over the property making it really slippery and that didn’t delay work or phase the team. "Brown roofing and there team did a great job. From Austin in Sales to Geury and his roofing crew, and Jimmy with his gutter crew. Jenny in the office was great also (Thanks for your help and putting up with me). I would have given 5 stars but the clean up could have been a little better. I have dogs and found a piece of wood with a big nail in it, which if stepped on would have been a trip to the vet, so I took a star away. overall great job and I would recommend them. Going Forward in February 2026 I had a big icicle That broke off and damaged one of my gutter downspouts.
I called the office and spoke to Kim. They came out the following week 2/16/26 and replaced it. The service team was great. I’m very happy I went with Brown Roofing,They stand by their work.So I had to add another star 5 stars,Great Company

"We have used Brown Roofing for several items of work including 2 roof replacements, gutters, downspouts, siding replacement and also leaf protection on our primary residence. They are always on time, professional, reasonably priced and very obliging to their customers. I would thoroughly recommend them for any work that their company covers in their portfolio of works. We have now just followed up with Browns about a small issue of a section of siding coming loose in the very strong winds we have had lately. No hesitation, the service crew were there as promised, and they assured me the item would be refixed quickly. They didn’t waste any time, got straight into fixing the section of soffit trim. Browns always come across in good time and do what you ask of them. We thoroughly recommend them for all your roofing, siding, guttering needs. Well done the service crew."
